SA Partnership launches new design for
Boiler House Grill at Pearl

We are pleased to announce SA Partnership being selected to design the Boiler House Grille in the historic building at Pearl. The historical nature of the structure will be kept while also providing design ideas to build out the space. Inside the building are existing boilers which will be used int he design of the restaurant. Kitchen staff and chefs will be cooking inside what once used to be a solid volume of heat. This space will be gutted to make space for kitchen equipment while the exterior face of the boilers will be in tack, refinished to allow visitors to experience what was once inside this old building.
