Instead of the written word, customers can sip champagne and graze on fried chicken and burgers. Houston-based MAX’s Wine Dive has pushed its northward expansion by moving into a Dallas location formerly occupied by a Borders Book store. Lasco Enterprises has commissioned SA Partnership Architects to design the 4,200 square feet of retail space. |
